The Company

The Company’s strategy will be to acquire an established business in the technology sector in general and specifically focused on Big Data, eCommerce and online Marketplace. Such targets will ideally be approaching an identifiable inflection point in terms of user numbers or revenue generation which can be accelerated through the injection of capital from the Company.

The Company’s efforts in identifying opportunities will not be limited to a particular industry or geographic location. However, given the collective experience of the Directors, the Company will initially focus on opportunities in the Big Data, eCommerce and online Marketplace sectors and will focus on opportunities where it can offer a clear value advantage to a potential target business or project.

Sources of Value Advantage

The main sources of value advantage are expected to be the relevant experience and networks of the Directors and the ability to act quickly to complete a transaction and to deploy capital. As such, the Directors believe that their broad, collective experience, together with their extensive network of contacts, will assist them in identifying, evaluating and funding suitable acquisition opportunities.
